🖥 Agent Install
The agent is a small program that runs on your computer and lets TriagerFlow apply fixes automatically
⚡
Why install the agent?
Without the agent, TriagerFlow will show you fix steps and commands but you'll need to run them yourself.
With the agent installed, you just click ▶ Run and the fix happens automatically — no copy/pasting, no terminal needed.
Step 1 — What computer are you on?
Step 2 — Install on Windows
1
Download Node.js — the engine the agent runs on Go to nodejs.org, download the LTS version, and install it. Just click Next through the installer.
2
Download the TriagerFlow Agent Click the button below, save the ZIP file, then right-click it and choose Extract All.
3
Run the agent Open the extracted folder and double-click start-agent.bat. A black window opens — that's the agent running. Keep it open.
4
Come back here and refresh the page The status in the top-right will change to 🟢 Agent Connected.
⚠️ If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning, click More info then Run anyway. The agent is safe.
Step 2 — Install on Mac
1
Download Node.js — the engine the agent runs on Go to nodejs.org, download the macOS LTS version, and install it.
2
Download the TriagerFlow Agent Click the button below and save the ZIP. Double-click it to extract, then move the folder somewhere easy to find (like your Desktop).
3
Open Terminal Press Command + Space, type Terminal, and press Enter. Then drag the agent folder into the Terminal window and press Enter.
4
Start the agent Type bash start-agent-mac.sh and press Enter. Keep the Terminal window open.
5
Refresh this page The status in the top-right will change to 🟢 Agent Connected.
Step 2 — Install on Linux
1
Install Node.js Open a Terminal and run: sudo apt install nodejs npm (Ubuntu/Debian) or the equivalent for your distro.
2
Download the TriagerFlow Agent Click the button below, extract the ZIP, and move the folder somewhere easy to find.
3
Start the agent Open a Terminal in the agent folder and run: bash start-agent-linux.sh. Keep the Terminal open.
4
Refresh this page The status in the top-right will change to 🟢 Agent Connected.
🔒 Is it safe?
Yes. The agent only talks to TriagerFlow in your browser — it never connects to the internet on its own.
It only runs a command when you click Run. Nothing happens automatically without your say-so.
You can close it any time by closing the terminal window.

Install the Agent for one-click auto-fixes
Without the agent you'll copy/paste commands manually. With it, just click ▶ Run and the fix applies automatically. Visit the Getting Started guide for install steps — it also covers automatic updates so your agent always stays current without you doing anything.
📖
Check the Getting Started guide anytime
The Getting Started page has agent install instructions for Windows, Mac, and Linux, plus tips on getting the best results from TriagerFlow.
Tip: After installing the agent, check the Agent Install page in the sidebar — it shows whether your agent is connected and up to date.
