💳 Refund Policy

1. Trial Pack ($5)

The $5 Trial Pack allows you to solve 5 problems. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

No refunds will be issued if you have used any of your 5 problem credits.

2. Individual Plan ($10/month)

Monthly subscriptions are refundable under the following conditions:

Recurring charges: If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing date. No refunds for partial months after the 7-day period.

3. Business Plan (Custom)

Business plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales team at support@triagerflow.com for details.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@triagerflow.com
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear.

6. License Key Revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be immediately revoked and the TriagerFlow agent will stop working.
