1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TriagerFlow v6.0 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TriagerFlow v6.0 provides AI-powered IT troubleshooting and automation services. The service includes:

• Web-based diagnostic interface
• AI-powered problem analysis
• Automated command execution (optional agent software)
• File search functionality
• Problem tracking and statistics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License Key and Usage

Upon purchase, you will receive a license key that grants you access to the TriagerFlow agent software. License keys are:

• Non-transferable
• Limited to the number of devices specified in your plan
• Subject to validation with our servers
• May be revoked if Terms of Service are violated

5. Payment and Billing

Trial Plan: One-time payment of $5 for 5 problem solutions
Individual Plan: Monthly subscription of $10, automatically renewed
Business Plan: Custom pricing based on requirements

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility and procedures.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use automated systems to access the service (except as intended)

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer system or data that results from the use of this service.

Important: Always backup your data before running automated commands. While our system includes safety measures, we cannot guarantee that commands will not have unintended effects.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service interface.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
